1.3 Language. The official language of these Terms & Conditions is English. Any translation provided for convenience shall not be binding. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and a translated version, the English version shall prevail.
1.4 Acceptance. Your use of any 786rs service constitutes irrevocable acceptance of this Agreement and all incorporated policies, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy available on 786rs.app. Acceptance occurs at the earliest of: account registration, first login, first deposit, or first game session.
2.1 Minimum Age. 786rs services are strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. 3.2 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your 786rs account, including bets placed, withdrawals initiated, and bonuses claimed, whether or not such activity was authorised by you. 786rs will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account unless such access resulted directly from a security failure on 786rs's part.
3.3 KYC Verification. 786rs is required under its licensing obligations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts. You may be asked to submit one or more of the following: a copy of your CNIC (both sides), proof of address (bank statement or utility bill dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership. Documents must be legible, unaltered, and in PDF or image format. Failure to complete KYC within the period specified by 786rs may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.
3.4 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your 786rs account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, all pending bets will be settled, and any real-money balance will be remitted to your verified payment method subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. Account closure does not extinguish any obligation you owe to 786rs arising prior to closure.
3.5 Account Suspension and Closure by 786rs. 786rs reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, and to withhold or void any balance therein, if:
4.1 Deposit Methods. 786rs accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and approved debit cards. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 300 unless a promotion specifies a higher minimum. 786rs does not charge platform fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees for which 786rs accepts no responsibility.
4.2 Deposit Limits. 786rs may impose maximum deposit limits at the account level or platform level for responsible gaming purposes. Players may request lower personal deposit limits at any time through their account settings; increases to deposit limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect, while decreases apply immediately upon request.
4.3 Withdrawal Requirements. To successfully withdraw from your 786rs account, the following conditions must all be satisfied:

4.6 Dormant Accounts. An account is considered dormant after 24 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, or game activity). 786rs reserves the right to charge a monthly dormancy administration fee of PKR 200 on dormant account balances, or such other amount as specified in the player's account notification. Players will be notified by email or SMS before dormancy charges are applied. Any remaining balance after fees will be refunded upon request subject to completed KYC.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and tournament prizes offered by 786rs are subject to these general bonus terms and any specific terms accompanying the individual promotion. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in its specific promotional terms. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount unless stated otherwise.
5.3 Game Contributions. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each PKR bet staked toward the wagering requirement, while table games, live casino games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate (typically 10%–20%) or may not contribute at all. Game contribution rates for each active bonus are available in the player's bonus wallet dashboard.
5.4 Maximum Bet Restriction. While a bonus is active on your 786rs account, the maximum permitted bet per round or per game event is PKR 500 or 10% of the remaining bonus balance, whichever is lower, unless the promotion's specific terms state a higher limit. Bets placed in excess of this limit while a bonus is active may result in bonus voiding and forfeiture of associated winnings.
5.5 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses have an expiry period beginning from the date and time of activation, after which the bonus and any associated winnings not yet converted will be removed from the account. The default expiry period is 30 days unless a promotion specifies otherwise. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

5.7 One Bonus at a Time. Only one bonus may be active on a 786rs account at any given time, unless the promotion explicitly states that it may be combined with other active offers. Attempting to activate a second bonus while one is already in progress will result in the new bonus being queued or declined.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the 786rs platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence is immediately revoked upon closure of your account or violation of these Terms.
10.1 786rs provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 786rs disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10.2 786rs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the 786rs platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of winnings attributable to technical malfunctions beyond 786rs's reasonable control.
10.3 786rs's aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that player to 786rs in the 12 months immediately preceding the relevant claim.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms limits 786rs's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.
11.1 786rs collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy on the 786rs website. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11.2 786rs may share your personal data with third parties where required for regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, payment processing, identity verification, and as required by applicable law. 786rs does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without consent.
